Reconstruction of five-unit commercial building to add second story for restaurant and office space, create sidewalk café, and construct complete new exterior. Elaborate approvals process by Town, including Design Review, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and Conservation Commission. Construction slated to begin spring 2008.

This unique North Shore retail store — the first U.S. location for a UK-based company, boasts 4,000 square feet of clean, sparkling, well-lit space, devoted to showcasing a variety of high-end home ovens, ranges and other culinary equipment by the world's top manufacturers, like Miele, Kuppers, Bush and Gaggenau. Separate from the selling space is a state-of-the-art exhibition kitchen where local chefs stage cooking demonstrations and educational programs to entice shoppers of all ages.

Converted 1860’s textile mill into headquarters for social service agency with additional mixed commercial uses.
